Bonus Nights

• Applicable from May 15th – June 30th and Sept 15th – Dec 15th
• Pay for a minimum of 7 to 9 nights and receive 2 additional free nights
• Pay for a minimum of 10 nights and receive 3 additional free nights
• Can not be used in conjunction with other promotions and/or preferred rate or reduced occupancy rate

Villa rates general conditions

• Daily rates from US$ 700 to 1,400 for the entire house or US$ 500 to 900 for 3 bedrooms (in intermediate, high and prime season only)
• Daily rates include a full time Thai Chef (food cost on Guests account) Food & wine supply on purchase cost plus 15% handling/admin, or minimum 500 Baht handling fee per shopping
• Minimum stay of 3 nights (14 nights over Christmas and New Year, 5 nights for High and Prime seasons)
• Rates shown are for a maximum of 10 (ten) Guests (including children). Extra bed will be charged at US$50 per night
• Daily Rates and extra beds are subject to 10% service charge and 7% tax
• Airport transfer: US$ 35 (plus tax) per trip for a maximum of 7 passengers in private mini bus or luxury car
• Baby cot provided free of charge
• Rates include daily Continental breakfast
• For weddings and private parties, surcharge may be applicable depending on number of guests
